North East has undertaken the design and project management of the Abacus Property Group’s flex office operations in Martin Place and North Sydney.
The white labeled office operations are managed by North East’s sister company Workrooms.
Previously, "flex" office was only available in branded co-working and serviced office operations. Clients needed to “fall under and fit in” with the culture and dominant branding of the operator. Such arrangements are not attractive to all SME’s and often didn’t work for large corporate users.
Large corporate users in the building have the option and efficiency of project, meeting and short-term space with the security of dealing directly with the landlord. SME’s can access a network of high quality offices without committing to long term leases, rental bonds and expensive fit out.
