North East has undertaken the design and project management of the Abacus Property Group’s flex office operations in Martin Place and North Sydney.
In planning and design
North East has secured an iconic Eastern Suburbs location. The project entails only 9 oversized harbour side residences. The development syndicate secured the site in May 2021 and are working with SJB on architecture and interiors in anticipation of a launch in Q1 2022.
