Botanic Lane Cove, NSW

The Botanic residential apartment project is located on Finlayson Street, Lane Cove and is comprised of 79 luxury apartments with a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Interiors were designed by SJB and the project generated gross revenue of $65 million.

The project was built and financed in a joint venture with the builder and involved working with four landowners including the Uniting Church to secure the development site.
