Wharfside, Manly, NSW

Known as the Wharfside Residences, the project was completed in early 2020 generating an end value of over $90 million. The project involved the redevelopment of the Manly Civic Club into 38 luxury apartments with bespoke finishes, a new club premises in a heritage façade and 2 levels of basement carparking.

Designed by Mijollo International Architects and built by Novati Constructions, Wharfside was a joint venture structure with the Manly Civic Club. A Director of North East Corporation performed the role of Development Manager on the project as well as investing in the project.
