A purpose designed and built 15,000 sqm complex for Blackmores Limited, located on Sydney’s northern beaches housing office, production and warehouse facilities with 220 car parks.
Wharfside, Manly, NSW
Known as the Wharfside Residences, the project was completed in early 2020 generating an end value of $90 million. The project involved the redevelopment of the Manly Civic Club into 38 luxury apartments with bespoke finishes, a new club premises in a heritage façade and 2 levels of basement carparking.
55 Pyrmont Bridge Road
A distress debt purchase by BlackWall with NAB of a 14,500 sqm commercial building on the Sydney CBD fringe. At the time project had roughly 6,500 sqm of actual or imminent vacancy and negative cashflow.
Botanic Lane Cove, NSW
The Botanic residential apartment project is located on Finlayson Street, Lane Cove and is comprised of 79 luxury apartments with a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Interiors were designed by SJB and the project generated gross revenue of $65 million.
